what is netteller and how does it work?

i read a topic about netteller and how it is going to be easier for canadians to use. is this something for use with sports gambling?

yes John....you deposit fund into neteller and then transfer them to and from your book instantly...you withdraw or dep with them..IMO neteller is THE best way to go
